Yes, we do. Personal monograms are available for all products – MTM garments, custom shoes and bags, scarves, and knitwear.

Custom Shirts - short or long sleeves and PolosIf you have your own shirts, we can you use our trusted partners.

Your custom shirt should last you if you can maintain the fit. To do so, please choose wisely to follow the garment care tab on your garment, follow best laundry practices and exercise use of proper water temperatures accordingly:

Cold water for colours (no bleach or harsh chemicals)Warm to hot water when washing whites

It is recommended that you hang dry your shirts and hand press for maintaining fabric performance.

Your tailored suits should be given the same care as your prize possessions. After you have worn your tailored suit, hang to air dry before storing away till next use. Please make use of appropriate hanger size, like those provided with your delivery. 

Proper hangers aid in the jacket maintaining its shape and performance

We do not recommend hand washing of your tailored suits unless your fabric selection allows it. With dry cleaning, we recommend that you dry cleaning your custom suits on a per use basis. If your custom suit is in weekly rotation, and you practice above recovery and storing tips, we recommend once per quarter. A randomly worn suit can be dry cleaned and press at least once a year or more where required.

First follow the garment care tab attached. We do not recommend hanging your knitted tops to dry. ‘Hang to dry’ will force the treads of the garment to stretch and dry in weird shapes. If you choose to dry clean, please request that the garments are laid flat to dry. Always avoid dryers.

Always refer to the garment care tab on your tailored pants. Machine wash where suitable in cold water, no bleach. Always cool iron press your custom pants on the inside to remove creases and not scorch the fabric.

Our prices are widely based on the fabric selected and the production process. Each production process features unique cloth options from the top mills across the UK and Italy.

Your initial Virtual Introductory Consultation is scheduled for 45 minutes, where you speak with a tailor who seeks to understand and define your requirements, and build your profile

The Meet Up: The Fitting Process, where your measurements are taken followed by ‘sample try on’ is set between 60 – 90 minutes.

Your first fitting of your completed custom garment is scheduled for 45 minutes.

The Germaine Joseph Experience has multiple production processes catering to different clientele.

Yes. We travel to cities in certain countries. Please check your city listing with Travelling Tailor for trunk shows and touring dates. 

Book an appointment accordingly. 

We generally accept full payment at the point of final order. This is usually where your fit is finalized. However, to initiate the Germaine Joseph Experience, a non-refundable deposit is required when booking your Virtual Introductory Consultation.

We accept payment from all major credit cards and other third-party solutions like Venmo, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal. 

We also offer interest free payment solutions from Buy Now Pay later platforms such as Afterpay and Payright.
