1. Meet The Tailor
A Germaine Joseph tailor will meet with you over a video chat to learn more about your needs. Here you can express details about the suit you have mind, the purpose for the suit, the colours of interest, and most importantly your budget. The tailor will guide you to all the possible options that fit your needs. At the end of the consultation, providing that you choose to progress with Germaine Joseph as your preferred Tailor, a date and time will be scheduled for your fitting.
2. The Fitting Process
Your tailor will visit you at your home, office or on location. Here, you get to select your fabric and all the custom details to design your suit. Your tailor will take 4 simple measurements – chest, stomach, waist and hips. These measurements will determine the pre-existing suit for your fitting. You will wear that pre-existing suit that will be altered to your requested specifications to create your fit.
The variations from the fitting will be lodge to fulfil your order. Production time is 3 business weeks plus 4 days for international courier service from Italy.
3. The Delivery and Reorder
Your suit is delivered for your first fitting. You will wear your suit, and it will be assessed for drape and performance. Your tailor will look for any nuances that need adjusting. Usually, your suit should fit upon delivery but if any alterations are needed, it will be completed free of charge.
If the suit is not fit for purpose, a new suit will be ordered to correct the error.
