6–9 Months Before
- Lock in fabric and suit/tuxedo design
- Decide jacket style (single- or double-breasted)
- Select lapel (notch, peak, or shawl) and shoulder structure
- Choose lining, buttons and stitch detailing
4–6 Months Before
- Book first fitting and measurements
- Confirm shirt style (spread, cutaway, wingtip) & cuff style
- Choose custom neckwear (tie or bow tie) to match palette
- Plan groomsmen and fathers' outfits for cohesive styling
3 Months Before
- Review fit & comfort; confirm production timeline
- Add personal touches: monogram, embroidery, lining message
- Select accessories (cufflinks, pocket square, suspenders)
- Choose custom-made shoes to complement the suit/tuxedo
1 Month Before
- Attend second fitting for fine-tuning
- Confirm delivery dates for shirt, tie/bow tie and shoes
- Consider a reception look or second jacket (optional)
1 Week Before
- Final fitting & pick-up; confirm everything is perfect
- Do a full try-on with shirt, tie/bow tie and shoes
- Prepare travel/storage garment bag and care kit
- Review suit care & travel checklist
On the Day
- Steam/press suit & shirt; lint-roll if needed
- Pack cufflinks, tie/bow tie, pocket square and socks
- Break-in shoes if new; pack spare collar stays
